LARP?

“LARP (live action role-playing) –  a form of role-playing game where the participants physically act out their characters’ actions. The players pursue goals within a fictional setting represented by the real world while interacting with each other in character. The outcome of player actions may be mediated by game rules or determined by consensus among players. Event arrangers called gamemasters decide the setting and rules to be used and facilitate play.” Wikipedia
The easiest way to explain – It’s like a computer game, but in real life. It’s obviously an offensive definition for every professional larper, but there are many similarities. LARPs are more physically active brothers of RPG games – you can create your own character, have your own targets, motivations and psychological depth. Thanks to that the event participant can actually  focus on living the world he is exposed to play. LARP is a kind of a game when very often the plot, scenography and choreography can be even more important than doing quests.

Place -Lower Silesia, Gold mine in Złoty Stok. Thanks to our contacts in the region we manged to achieve the best possible conditions to use this amazing location. We have an access to underground attractions such as countless tunnels, river, waterfall, climbing wall, slide, very wide mine complex that greatly captures the atmosphere of Metro 2033 and the most important… working underground electric draisine! You can see some pictures of our location HERE.

Date – 7th – 8th of January 2017. This gives us enough time to set up the game and doesn’t conflict with catholic Christmas and winter school holidays. January is a perfect time for a post-apocalyptic nuclear winter scenery. Our LARP participants will be able to spend a night in a properly characterized place.
